Skl 12 clip
We manufacture different types of elastic rail clips with flat toe for broad gauge line, having the toe load from 850kgf to 1100kg.
Russian clip
This rail clip is especially applied in rail construction with concrete sleepers with the diameter 13mm to 15mm, range from SKL1, SKL2, SKL3, SKL12, SKL14, SKL21, etc.
Rail fastening clips
The rail Deenik clip is widely used in South America. It has a diameter of 16mm and adopts spring steel 60Si2MnA as its material.
Spring steel clips

Cast iron shoulder
shoulder manufactured from pearlitic malleable iron and S.G.C.I. shoulder manufactured from spheroid graphite iron. We offer two types of iron shoulders.
Railway shoulder
One is Single Stem Iron Shoulder used in pre-stressed concrete ties and the other is Twin Stem Iron Shoulder used in Bi-Block or Twin Block concrete ties.
Railway fittings
Casting shoulders are pressed in concrete sleeper and assembled with E clip in order to fasten the rail.

Weld on shoulder
Weld-on shoulder is used for the typical position of rail. This weld on shoulderis welded on flat steel plate instead of the standard tie plate and is produced according to AREA standard.
Railway track fittings
The shoulder accessories are supplied for specific rail sections with design criteria which ensure that the correct elastic clip toe loading is achieved.
Steel anchors

Base plate
base plate is used in rail construction to support the rails. We can offer base plate made using either casting iron or casting steel for customers to choose from, depending on the load and the type of rails.
Sleeper plate
Boltable as well as weldable clips can be applied. For the discontinuous type of support, we supply various ribbed tie plate which are also produced in casting iron or casting steel.
